02 december 2002 - LARGE DIAMONDROOF IN THE HAGUE MUSEUM

Den Haag – A bunch of thieves manage to steal six million euros worth of diamonds from the Museon museum in The Hague. How the thieves got in is unclear. Six display cases have been smashed and emptied. The insurers pay nothing, because the museum has provided incorrect or incomplete security information. In 2005 the investigation is stopped. The diamonds are still missing.
