Delft – The 'Treaty of Delft "puts an end to the biggest civil war that has known Holland; the lasting strife. The peace agreement stipulates that Jacoba of Bavaria transmits power over Holland to Philip of Burgundy. a few years at the end of the fifteenth century, the lasting strife played.

04 juli 1747 – BOER REBELLION IN Alblasserwaard TO HIGH TAXES

Hardinxveld-Giessendam – The farmers in the Alblasserwaard revolt against high taxes. Zo’n 500 farmers over 10 villages attract the polder. Hardinxveld a bartender is slain. Houses of local authorities are fired.

04 juli 1989 - ROTTERDAM BUSINESSMAN SELLS MILLION INTEREST

Rotterdam – The well-known holiday park chain Center Parcs Netherlands (formerly Sporthuis Centrum) on 4 juli 1989 sold by the Rotterdam owner Piet Derksen. A Scottish brewery takes over the parks.

There is also a little extra for the staff. Zo’n 3 million guilders is divided among the staff.

That does not mean that Derksen is left penniless. The very religious Derksen receives nearly 750 million guilders for its parks. Of this 665 million to the Living Water movement, a religious club.

He wants to invest the money in setting up a television channel, intended to convert people to the faith. Russia is the main target.

When Derksen dies seven years later, much of that money has disappeared. Yet the children still inherit approximately 200 miljoen gulden.

04 juli 2011 - MLADIC IN COURTROOM DURING FIRST PUT ON SREBRENICA sitting day

Den Haag – Former Bosnian army chief Ratko Mladic is on the first sitting day of his trial removed from the courtroom. He keeps interrupting the judge and refused to say whether he is guilty or innocent. If the court interprets as "not guilty" Mladic is still angry. The judge then let him turn the hall. The case (which will include about Srebrenica) is still not completed.
